Batroun has always been famous for its lemonade, and for that purpose we,the Batroun Traders Association are aiming this year (the 8th of July 2012) at entering the Guinness World Record, for making the worlds's biggest glass of lemonade.

The idea is to gather about 100 persons in the main street of Batroun and begin in squeezing the lemonade under supervision of professionals to make the most big enough quantity to have a new record.

After its' world tour, the Caracalla Dance Theatre returns to Beirut to open the winter season performances with the "Villagers' Opera", a spectacular musical with a stellar cast involving leading singing stars and stage actors as well as an international pioneering artistic creative team.

The Caracalla Dance Theatre returns to their own theater in Ivoire Centre with a special artistic creation based upon a folkloric journey into a Lebanese traditional village and translated in beautiful visuals with a modern theatrical approach.

Acclaimed by the press, this production is a musical journey dancing to the rhythms of tradition and capturing the essence of the folkloric village where despite the rural quarrels, love and compassion prove to conquer all.
